Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation is an independent external process designed to create a culture of safety and quality within an organisation that strives to continually improve patient care processes and results. In 2008 Aut Even embarked on its journey of Continuous Improvement and gained accreditation status with JCI. This standard has been sustained following our most recent triennial survey in March 2018.
Other external agencies assess the Hospital’s standards at regular intervals. We have successfully completed reviews from the Health and Safety Authority (HSA), Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) in conjunction with St. Lukes Hospital Blood Transfusion Service, HACCAP and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
